Out of Sorts

Have you ever had one of those days where you just can't get yourself on track? It all started in the middle of the night. Even though we had the air on, I just couldn't cool down. Then I woke up and went to check on one of our cats. Sometime during the night he was sick in every imaginable way. Granted we've been keeping him in a crate at night because we know he's not doing well, but the poor guy was just miserable. It may be a matter of days before we need to say good-bye to him. I took a walk to clear my head, but now, once again, I can't cool down. Not the happiest of posts today... I'll work on lightening up for tomorrow.
